This clinic does not care about you. They see you for 5 minutes and with complete apathy. You also can’t get ahold of them when it matters most. They are owned by private equity so they only care about their profit margins. Also they ordered bloodwork for me but never called to follow up about it, even after my results were wildly abnormal and my PCP was shook they didn’t look into it further. Go elsewhere!
The pinnacle team is lovely, very knowledgable and friendly. Thank you for helping me today!
In my visits, Dr Ibler has been very kind and straight-forward.
had my first appointment at the bucktown location and my experience at this dermatology office was much better than the experience i had with my prior dermatologist. 😭 the front desk staff were very kind and welcoming and the atmosphere of the waiting area was wonderful. dr. ibler was very professional and knowledgable with questions i had, and it’s amazing that i left a dermatology office feeling good. yay!!!
I received the best thoughtful care at Pinnacle. They are outstanding.
Great facility, staff, and Dr. Ibler was extremely helpful and knowledgable
I used to come to this dermatology practice before it was acquired by Pinnacle and I had really great experiences then, so even though my prior doctor was long gone I scheduled an appointment with their new doctor for a very simple procedure. Most of the staff I spoke to were fine and the doctor was great. Scheduling was easy, the space was nice, check in was simple. The experience was decent …except I was scheduled for a 3:20 appointment and didn’t get seen until almost an HOUR later. Since I was instructed to arrive early, by the time I left the office I had been there for almost 1.5 hours for a procedure that took no more than 10 minutes. Even worse, no one warned me that I would be waiting so long or gave me any updates while I sat in the exam room. After 45 minutes, when I genuinely started to wonder if I had been forgotten, I poked my head out to ask if I would be seen and the staff member said I was “next” after the 3:10 appointment was done. Mind you it was 4:05 by that point. So I kept waiting. The doctor eventually came and I finally got my procedure done so I could leave, but god forbid I had had any other plans that afternoon because I had to clear my schedule to accommodate those 5-10 mins. I can’t fathom why they would set up appointments this way except to squeeze as many into a day as possible to maximize profits while overworking apparently their only doctor. It is cruel for everyone involved and creates for an awful patient experience. Since the acquisition this practice is unfortunately no longer worth the time or money they will demand of you. I recommend going elsewhere.
I don't recommend it; they want you to buy medications only from the pharmacies they offer.
Clean office and friendly employees! Check in and check out was a total breeze
Super helpful and the Dr. took plenty of time with me.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
