It was my first visit today and I was treated so nice when in. The nurse was great. The Doctor was very kind and showed compassion and was eager to treat my skin problems and doing what she suggest I hope will heal my skin as I have been dealing with this for a long time. Always better when you are treated with a smile for treatment 🙂

I was very pleased with my first visit to Pinnacle Dermatology. Dr. French addressed all of my concerns. She and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful! I highly recommend them to anyone in need of skin care!

This was my first visit to Sandra French. She was very professional as well as knowledgeable. Her nurse was very nice and put me at ease over the biopsies. The front office was welcoming. They had bottled water available in small frig. along with a coffee station. The front office personnel was knowledgeable, professional, accommodating and efficient. Upon exit as I went by front office personnel the lady was friendly as I left. I would recommend the Springfield location to others. I have not been to any of the other offices.
