From the time I checked in until I left, everyone was clear, caring, and professional. It’s 6:30 and I haven’t had any pain. My procedure was at 10:00 this morning. Having the doctor’s phone number is impressive.

Overall the staff is friendly, however it’s very hard to get a nurse on the phone. The past two months I was notified a day or two before my appointment that my Dr would be at a different office that day and I needed to reschedule. That seems like something they’d know more than a day before the appointment and a little more notice would be nice.

Unacceptable wait times and no reason to have pt’s coming in 15 minutes early. I was there 45 minutes and when I finally asked reception if they had forgotten me, I was told Meriwether was running 25 mins behind. I drove 72 miles to go there and not be seen! For sure won’t waste my time on this place again!
