Right At Home's Online Review Report Card

Our family was struggling to find time to help care for our grandmother. We knew she didn't want to go to a nursing home, and we wanted to find a company that would provide the care she needs in her own home. We are SO grateful we found Right at Home. They help our grandmother get dressed, take a bath, and assist with her daily routine. We feel like we got our grandmother back and she is happier than ever because their caregivers treat her like family. We can't thank you enough, and highly recommend Right at Home for anyone looking to care for a family member and have them live comfortably at home!

I want to give a HUGE shout out to Danielle with Right At Home. My mother, age 95, was apprehensive to have someone come in to assist her. From the first meeting they developed a great relationship. My mother is extremely modest and Danielle goes out of her way to make her feel safe and comfortable. She goes above and beyond when asked to assist with household chores. Danielle exceeds our expectations on a regular basis. Last fall, we had to replace all of the flooring in our home and Danielle was such a blessing in helping me pack and unpack items when they were finished. She always comes in with a positive attitude and loves to share stories with us. We feel Danielle is an asset to your organization and just want to ensure management knows. We've had a wonderful relationship with Right At Home and highly recommend them.

I would recommend right at home to anyone who is seeking immediate or future home care services for their loved one. Their staff is kind, easy to work with, and they simplified the process so that we could focus our time spent with our Grandmother, rather then stressing over her care needs. The best part was no minimum or long term contract. They are very flexible and are available by phone 24/7 for questions or concerns. We could not have made it through such a difficult time without them.

Right At Home has provided caregivers for 24 hour care for the last two years for a dear friend. The company is very well run with quick responses to questions and needs for this client. The caregivers are courteous, professional and empathetic. This client would not be able to stay in her home without their support....they are family!

I was very pleased with the care that Right At Home gave my Mother this summer. Over the course of 4 months we only had 1 “ no show”. The office staff were very patient with our scheduling requests. We had 5 main caregivers who were all prompt, knowledgeable, and caring. Right at Home was a blessing to my Mom. I highly recommend them!

My mother had severe multiple sclerosis and needed care while I was at work. We had a terrible experience with a different well known company, then were blessed to find Right at home. They were consistent, and interactive with her. Documented everything that occurred while at work. They saved us!! Highly recommend!!

Not only don't they lessen your workload, Right at Home increases your workload! The first person they sent to care for my mother just wanted to sit on her cell phone for 4.5 hours out of 6 hours at $36 per hour. The second person they sent was very soft spoken and had a strong accent. My mother who is 92 couldn't hear her most of the time and, when she could, she couldn't understand her. The third person that was scheduled was a no show. I didn't receive any notice, a phone call, anything. So I was left with no assistance and had to cancel an appointment for myself. Regarding the fourth person they said was coming on a Tuesday after a three day holiday weekend; they call me at 7:30 a.m. on Tuesday to tell me that the lady that was scheduled to come was not getting back in town until today so I was on my own once again for the day. Again I had to cancel my commitments for the day and my mother, as well as my 94 year old father, woke up from the phone call. Also, sometimes multiple people will call you regarding the same subject and other times no one will call you. They dial your number and have you hold while they try to figure out what they were calling you for. They are extremely disorganized, unreliable, and couldn't care less how they impact your day due to their incompetency. This agency is useless! I strongly recommend that you spare yourself the headaches they cause and find an agency that can provide your love ones with the care and compassion they deserve.
