Recently, I underwent surgery and required 24-hour in-home care. I chose Right at Home In-Home Care & Assistance, and the experience exceeded my expectations. Their team picked me up from the hospital and provided around-the-clock care throughout my recovery. The caregivers were professional, compassionate, well-trained, and attentive to all of my needs. I was especially impressed by the case managers, who closely supervised my care every step of the way and ensured everything ran smoothly. Their oversight provided tremendous peace of mind during a challenging time. I am extremely satisfied with the care and support I received and would highly recommend Right at Home to anyone in need of reliable, high-quality in-home care services. This is a well-managed company with a genuine commitment to its clients' well-being.

The whole team is amazing. My mom was discharged from the hospital and we needed 24/7 care set up with only 2 days notice. They spoke to my mom, learned her preferences and sent caregivers that were a prefect match. They were flexible and allowed us to cut back on hours as my mom recovered. I would give more than 5 stars if that were possible!

Thank you again for all your flexibility during this crazy time with my loved one’s care. I was out of the country for 10 days and he had some episodes where he was in and out of the hospital. You all were right there taking care of everything and helping with transitions of care from hospital to home. Also, he told me that all your carers were significantly better than other agencies we’ve used in the past. Really wonderful. We definitely plan to use you all in the future.

Right at Home has been absolutely fantastic. From my first call, every team member I spoke with was friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful. I worked primarily with Kristi, who immediately understood my concerns. My father is a very capable and independent person who was unfortunately injured playing pickleball, and it was important to me that he be treated with respect and sensitivity. Kristi truly listened. Cha’Temberlyn was wonderful. From day one she knew exactly what to do, and the fact that my father raved about her — describing her as kind, caring, and genuinely great — gave me enormous peace of mind, especially living abroad as I do. I would not hesitate to use Right at Home again. I am deeply grateful that such a thoughtful, caring, and professional team exists to support families like ours.

Had shoulder surgery and needed care overnight. My caregiver was wonderful - at my request she changed icepack every two hours the entire night. I had another caregiver for the following 3 days for a morning shift to remove dressing, help me shower and fix breakfast and lunch. She was very helpful but not overly solicitous which I liked as I am very independent.

I have been using this service off and on since 2013. It has consistently been giving me good results when I have had surgery which has caused me to need a caregiver to help me with basic needs for taking care of myself. I would recommend this service to others.

We have used Rigjt at Home to provide services for both our son post surgery as well as with my wife post stroke and find the caregivers to be genuine and caring as well as helpful with a wide variety of tasks that go beyond the routine keeping an eye on their patients. They have provided transportation, helped with household tasks, administered medicine and overall support.
