We have worked with several aides from Right at Home. All of them have been hard-working, prompt, kind, considerate, dog-friendly. They have been a great help with our needs. Joyce and Tracy always reply promptly with regard to scheduling changes or issues. Highly recommend!

There is a woman that works for broad st rightathome by the name of Tracy she is very rude and unprofessional I called to ask a question and she hung up wow.

The aide provided by Right At Home has been fantastic. She always goes above and beyond to be helpful, and is conscientious, genuinely caring, and smart. My elderly aunt can be challenging, at times, but her aide gets along great with her to the point where my aunt wanted to invite her over for dinner on her days off, as she considers her as much a friend as an aide. The office staff, especially Jennifer, has been extremely helpful, patient and great at following up on calls, as well as keeping me informed of any needed scheduling changes. Having cared for multiple family members with various agencies over the past 20+ years, I can say with certainty that Right At Home has been the easiest to work with and most helpful overall, and we consider ourselves lucky to have found the aide we have.

Right at Home of Lower Manattan came to our father's rescue when we needed a caregiver to provide him with daily support. Joyce and Tracey were wonderful in guiding us through this completely new experience. I am grateful for the wonderful support of the team and his excellent caregiver who provided him with support as we planned his move out of state to a supportive senior community. The team was source of resources for the elderly.

I recently had to arrange 24 hour care upon one days notice. Right at Home was responsive to this emergency situation and arranged immediate assistance. The caregivers provided were knowable and skilled. I am grateful for their help at a difficult time

I was assigned to a home health aide who was attuned not only to my health but to what i needed for peace of mind. I hadn't prepared well enough before my surgery, and she stepped up to organize my space at home that ensured my safety and access to "stuff" I'd need in the coming weeks. She did my laundry and some food shopping (until I got the hang of ordering from my supermarket); she was great company (an added plus for someone without much company in the pandemic), and she saw me safely and confidently to my offsite physical therapist. And making appointments with Right at Home was easy.
