List of Hands Of Hope's Reviews
The staff are pleasant. My first visit was ok. After my second visit for neck pain, I had severe pain in my right arm that I put down to coincidence. I spaced my next visit until my arm felt better. After my third visit the arm pain was really bad so I contacted them to ask them to identify which exercise could have possibly caused this pain. They had no clue. 10 days later and I still cannot use my right arm. Neck pain remains and now I have a new condition to deal with.
The folks helped me prepare successfully for a half marathon. I am so grateful to Hands of Hope on Atlantic Ave.!!
The ladies are absolute lifesavers. Went from struggling to walk to now doing monster walks and strengthening exercises with very little struggle! They are so kind and intuitive, checking in on your comfort and letting you go at the pace you need. Also proactive about insurance stuff- I’ve never had a lapse in coverage. Truly life changing physical therapists!!!!
Professional staff and well organized with variety of services. Highly recommended.
Service and attentiveness has been incredible for the last month here. This is a peaceful, clean and great place for rehabilitation
My mother has a great time coming here for physical therapy. The facility is clean and accessible by train or bus…Clinton Washington c train stop. The staff are friendly, know you on a first name basis and professional. You never have to wait a long time for the session to start and they are very organized. I love that they call and text you to remind you of your appointment and they are flexible to needs. I will recommend this facility to others 100%.
Very friendly staff. Clean and spacious. I highly recommend.
Hands of Hope has been great in helping me heal a pulled muscle. They’re easy and flexible to book, create a laid back environment, progress me through a regimen to build strength and resilience, and end every session hooked up to electrodes to help manage my pain. Would recommend!
Very happy with my experience here, getting treated for lower back pain. I’m learning useful exercises and stretches i can also easily do at home. Thank you:)
Stay away from this place. The worse experience ever.. They care more about the phone calls and paperwork. My first experience was terrible and i decided to give them another chance. I asked on the phone if they do Acupuncture and they said yes. When I get there they said no. I asked do you do massages they said they don’t however my cousin said they do.So I mentioned what my cousin said then she said we do buy you have to pay out your pocket. I also forgot my pad home for the machine so she said I can’t do the machine. I beg you please don’t go here. As I walked in it smell like curry disgusting. I left and my clothes were smelling the same. A place of business should never smell bad especially that kind of establishment. Overall they not professional at all

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
