I was a quarter of an hour late for my initial appointment at the physical therapy center, so I called ahead to inform them. Someone other than the front desk staff answered my call, took my details, and clearly confirmed that it was okay for me to come in. However, when I arrived, the front desk staff informed me that my appointment had been canceled. This inconsistency between the phone confirmation and what happened when I arrived caused me to waste several hours of my time and make an unnecessary trip. I fully understand and accept that being on time is my responsibility. However, I believe it’s also important for the center to take responsibility for what is communicated to patients. I’d like to clarify that my concern is not about any specific person, including the front desk staff — my call was answered by someone else. But the center’s internal communication should be consistent and reliable, especially when a patient calls ahead to confirm. If I had been told that the appointment could not be honored, I simply wouldn’t have come. I hope this feedback is taken constructively, with the aim of avoiding such situations in the future.

I hate this place... they violate your privacy. I strongly suggest not supporting them. I'm considering a law suit

This review is NOT for the physical therapists at this location, who are absolutely excellent, caring and go above and beyond. It's for management, who is leaving the place completely understaffed. It's simply not possible for two therapists to follow 8 patients at once and the waiting times have become unmanageable. You are maxing out on patients' insurance but are making it impossible for your therapists to provide the service we are paying for. Fix this nonsense!

Friendly staff. They work well with me, taking their time to support me with different exercises. Their scheduling is perfect! They are always able to meet my availability.
