Shoutout to all the helpful staff at PT of the City, from the front desk to the PTs themselves. Insurance can be such a pain but these guys are great with explaining how these stupid things work and navigating it all. Looking forward to my next visit and continuing to work on managing and improving my health.

Great people, super helpful, clean location, knowledgeable staff. Completely unlike the experience I had calling the main number. After 3 times, and spending about 30 minutes each on some terrible connection being promised a callback if my insurance checks out and never getting one, I walked in this. Staff apologized, sorted me out since it wasn't too busy. Started PT same day. Highly recommend PT of the City main office don't cheap out on their Customer Service, since it hurts the image of the business and the kind knowledgeable people who do the actual PT work at locations (at least this one).

My husband is a new patient here. The staff is very helpful. They took very good care of him. they were very attentive and PT was helpful. His therapist is Purses. She is great.
