I’ve had to visit the Church Ave location for a few different cases and I always make sure to use Dr. Mikka’s services when I need PT. She’s patient, has great bedside manner, and always explains what she’s doing. I also appreciate Natasha the front desk person for her welcoming and friendly nature and communication. She’s very helpful whenever I have any questions coming or leaving my appointments. They’re a great duo.

Been coming for a few weeks. I like this place. Natasha is so nice and she acts like everyone’s Nice mother or big sister. Amazing!! Chi chi has helped me get better. No more pain.

Started with front desk staff Ain and Natasha were very welcoming and informative. Dr Chi Chi was very great with her treatment and took her time with me during my first session. She walked me through my diagnosis and provided me with the tools to treat it. I was very happy with her bed side manners and treatment. Can’t wait to come back. Thx PT of The City

I called to request an appointment as a new patient. I was told first that my primary insurance was good and an appointment was made by the rep for me at a certain time and date but was cancelled subsequently by the same Rep citing issues with my secondary insurance which was false. Basically, we had a hard time communicating on the phone and as a result, she later called to cancel the appointment as an act of retribution. A. Bent
