I’m currently seeing Nishita at PT of the City (Flatbush) for my postpartum pelvic floor therapy. She is really sweet, understanding, have good bedside manners. She and Samra both care about any concerns I have or any pain I’m dealing with. They ask me every now and then how I’m feeling and if the therapy is making any difference. It’s only been about 2 months since I started PT, and I already feel so much more energized on a daily basis than I did before. Yay! Thank you Nishita and Samra! PS Nishita gives the best message considering I have chronic back pain. While taking care of a 5 month old, I’m barely getting enough sleep and rest. Nishita can relax me with her message to the extent that I end up falling asleep during my sessions lol. Always looking forward to her messages during every visit.

I can't say enough good things about PT of the City's Flatbush location – it's just fantastic! From the moment you step in, you'll feel taken care of. Appointments are always on time, which is a huge relief, and the place is always clean. Everyone on staff is incredibly friendly, making your therapy feel less like work and more like a helpful visit. Nishita is a standout – not only is she a brilliant PT, but she also does an amazing job keeping things running smoothly for everyone, balancing individual patient needs with supporting the whole team. Other PTs, like Samara and Dixit, and PT Assistant, Ria, are always there when needed to offer just the right amount of help or space, and explain exercises clearly. Also, shout out to Taz at the front desk! They're super friendly and a total pros at handling scheduling and even breaking down those confusing insurance questions. It truly makes the whole process stress-free. If you're looking for a great physical therapy spot, give PT of the City Flatbush a try. You won't be disappointed!
