The Doctor really listen to me when I was telling her what was wrong with me compare to any other doctors. She explained to me what was going on with my ear. So if anyone wants to go please do I went to the one in Chelsea!

Very happy I chose Advanced Hearing. Jessi Figlewicz could not be more accommodating and patient. Her expertise made it easier for me to make informed decisions. Her availability via calls and emails and appointments when necessary to answer questions and make adjustments is value added! I highly recommend!

Attentive and caring: these are not often words you associate with doctors - especially when you are just a number in NYC. here, the staff at reception are kind and patient, and willling to help provide advice when they can. I saw Dr. Jessi, who was so helpful and took time to answer all of my questions, and sent a follow up note with additional advice. If you need help with your hearing don’t hesitate to come here! I am so glad I did.

I appreciated the large waiting room with picture window of the street. It had plenty of seating options and space to feel independent from the other patients. The front desk was centrally located and efficient. My doctor, Jessi Figlewicz, was beyond friendly and competent, she really loves her practice and is gifted at it. I found the experience very pleasant and informative. I have already recommended Chelsea AHC to a neighbor and we will be there in November.
