My husband and I were in town for doctors appointments recently. He forgot the charger for his hearing aids. We went to the Advanced Hearing Center on 68th Street to try to buy a charger. They didn’t have it to sell but Elizabeth gave us one to use while we were in NY. No charge! Thank you Elizabeth! I don’t know what we would have done. 🫶

My own experience with Dr Hoffman at the Advanced Hearing Ctr has always been superlative. Dr Hoffman is extremely informed about latest advances and provides individualizled care with suuport, concern and true engagement. She has always been imediately receptive and responsive to issues that come up with my hearing disability. At one point, she acknowledged that my hearing disability had progressed to the extent that she recomended I look ito Cochlear Implant surgery. I did and was ultimately so glad I had made that choice. I use the original, Oticon device as a back up to my cochlear implant dveice -especially at night when the device is being charged. So it's great to know she will still be available.
