This review is on behalf of my 94 year old dad, he wrote it, im just posting it for him: Yesterday, April 13 2025, unannounced I visited Advanced Hearing Center at 10 w 74th street. My Oticon hearing aids were not functioning, I’d left the charger at home in San Diego, and I needed help. Cynthia met my wife and I at the office reception desk and listened to me describe the situation. Shortly, after concluding her patient appointment, Dr. Sara Bozsik, the audiologist took charge. These are two very patient oriented people. As I visit New York City frequently, I will always return to advanced hearing when the need arises. I am grateful to you Cynthia, and Dr. Bosik.

Dr. Sara Bozsik is an exceptional medical professional. Patient, clear, caring, friendly. Her staff is the same. My wife and I went for auditory tests. This was new for each of us. With professionalism and kindness, she explained the process, tested us, and then went through her findings in a way that we each understood. There is only one place to go for hearing aids. I have been a customer for more than 5 years. Sara is phenomenal and plan on referring a close friend who is ready to make the leap to better hearing.

Highly recommend this office! Dr. Sara Bozsik is fantastic, and I also had wonderful interactions with all of the staff at Advanced Hearing Center. Sara is extremely knowledgeable about hearing loss and is up on all the latest technology. Most important, she listens and wants to give you the hearing aids that will work best for you. Very professional.

I wish that the people as Advanced Hearing also sold TVs, booked reservations at nice hotels, and were available as pet sitters. Then not just my hearing but the rest of my life would be manageable, give me peace of mind, and leaving me feeling confident. Dr. Sara--forget Gray's Anatomy, she is McDreamy, kind, funny, direct, clued in to the best outcome for her patients. The admin is really on top of it. I'm going to ask my dentist to train with her. I'll get back to you about how that works out.
