The office staff are incredibly friendly and the office space is lovely! While the cellular signal is pretty spotty, they do have free WiFi! Dr. Jessi is very competent and fun to work with. I felt good about my evaluation and results, and the subsequent recommendations.

Excellent service - always so nice and helpful! Definitely recommend! You can just walk in if you’re having problems with your hearing aid and they will help fix it.

Dr. Jessi and all of her staff were phenomenal!! Jessi explained each step and my results in great depth and she even makes the experience fun! The ladies at the front desk are super kind as well, and you can tell that all enjoy working together.

I've been under Dr. Sara Bozsnik's (E. 78th) care for a couple of years now. She fitted me for my first pair of hearing aids. She is detail oriented, responsive, and friendly. I would highly recommend her.

Dr. Jessi Figlewicz was great. It was my second hearing test in over a year. She had all the old data and could explain how things had changed. Helpful regarding possible purchase of hearing aids but not pushy. The office is nice. The appointment was on time. Highly recommend.
