Schweiger Dermatology Group's Online Review Report Card

First, have a rash that will not go away. Tried the "allergy" people. They told me they could figure this out. After numerous skin test and blood tests--NOTHING! Totally useless. They only want to give my immunosuppressing drugs. I am not taking them, told them repeatedly. So then I want one brown spot removed and I have some skin tags. It used to cost $50 for the first cosmetic item and something after. Now, first is $160!!! and $20 after that. It would cost me $440!! That is insane. People have issues now with high drug prices and no insurance--this is disgusting! I will find some over the counter product to use.

Treated my infection totally wrong. Doctors rush your visit almost every time. Terrible practice.

After going to be treated by Dr.Hamza Bati at Schweiger Dermatology Group twice, I feel very satisfied with the care I received there on a skin cancer I had removed. Many months after the surgery my face looks like nothing ever was cut there and an unnoticeable scar is there. I’m going there again for another procedure and feel fully confident with the doctor’s skillful and professional hands. I recommend him highly for anything dermatological absolutely!

Staff, nurses and doctors were all very cordial and very helpful!! Because of a prior commitment, was able to schedule my procedure with no issues! Excellent customer service!!!

It is inexcusable to Make people wait 1 hour. Receptions desk told me after I waited 30 minutes. If you knew why did you not inform patients by text or at checkin. This is totally unexceptable. . I won’t be back.. .

The worst experience I have ever had with a doctor. Several appointments schedule then no record of said appointments I had to wait three months for something that really needed to be handled. I finally get an appointment show up and am told oh no we don't do that procedure . Come back a week later wait for 30 minutes after when scheduling I told them I had to be at work at a certain time. After thirty minutes I'm told there are two people ahead of me. There are many great doctor offices but this ain't one of them

Improve your communication with people! Actually have a receptionist that people can SPEAK to!!! Also you should start hiring PA's that actually have compassion and can work with children. Nasty people in this line of work is not acceptable; Remember most people are at their wits end by the time they visit your practice

I have been a patient of SD for over a decade. Dr. Schneider is amazing as is the staff. Everyone is professional and polite. I don't even work on Manhattan anymore but still commute from NJ to see Dr. Schneider. I highly recommend SD. And more importantly, my skin looks amazing!

Good luck getting through to Dr Bonney's office. I made multiple calls. First an AI answer, then an off shore answer, then more hold time. And of course then told everyone is busy with a patient. What a joke. Look elsewhere.

Horrible phone service. Never able to call and speak with anyone. After having a mole removed and tested, i received a vm to call them back. I called and left message for 3 days in a row before finally receiving a call back 4 days later to tell me my test was positive and i needed to have it removed with Mohs surgery. I have had post surgery issues but there is not 'after hours' number to call. Unable to call and speak with a human directly at their phone number. Forced to always leave a message. They never answer their phones. Service has plummeted since being bought by Schweiger Dermatology. Will be forced to look for a new dermatologist in CT.
