Pearle Vision's Online Review Report Card

I've been going to Pearle Vision for over 20 years. They helped me when I was a kid and now they helped my son get his first pair. This is the only place I've gone consistently that hasn't gotten worse over the years. The process of getting glasses is straight forward and the staff is always kind and helpful.

First I want to say how great the Dr's are. Dr James Amundson & Dr Sharon Stanich are top notch! Excellent exams. Sales staff Tony was very pushy and rude. I was told that my eye exam and glasses copay would be 10.00 each with VSP. After trying several pair of glasses I made a decision then I was told by Tony that I would have an additonal 45.00 on top of my Copay. I explained that I have a copy of the VSP plan and that was not what I paid last year. He told me that the regional rep was upset that they had not been charging for this fee and things had changed. I didn't argue and left. The more I thought about it was wrong. I also noticed that he didn't give me my prescription for the current exam. I callled to have my order for the glasses canceled and asked for a refund and also explained that he had not given me my exam for the current year. He told me that he couldn't refund the glasses over the phone because he needed the credit card in hand and to just stop by and he would refund the glasses. The day of the exam was January 22, 2026. I returned with my credit card and receipt on January 27, 2026 after the snow storm of the decade. He asked for my credit card and my receipt and did process the refund. I also asked for a current copy of my exam on January 22, 2026. He printed off the exam and I left. I got home and realized that is not what he gave me. He gave me my exam copy from 1/22/2025. Now why would he have done that when I asked for a copy of my current years exam. I called back in and spoke with a person and they emailed my current exam copy. I would definitely use them for the exam and in no way would I be able to recommend their eye glasses. Tom Covington

Absolutely wonderful experience! Tony walked my husband and I through the whole process. He was kind, friendly, respectful, thoughtful. And he kept us within our budget!! Ask for Tony he is amazing!!

Tony was great! I came in from out of town after forgetting my contacts. I needed them for my weekend. I called 5 other places in search of contacts and they were unable to help or didn’t have them in stock. Tony and Pearce Vision got me everything I needed!

Ms. Geraldine was extremely helpful and very personable! She made my vist worth returning to enjoy more memorable moments with PEARL VISION! She is a very valuable asset to the company! I appreciate all that she did for me on 11-18-2025. Thank you Geraldine 😊

Dawn was amazing. Her personality was amazing. She was so helpful and knowledgeable in everything from frames to lenses. Truly will be back to see her. She absolutely made are day.

Great experience at the Belden Location! Tony was professional and helped pick out frames that suited my face perfectly. He explained my pricing options in way that was simple to understand. Because of him, I will continue to go to this establishment.
