This was the fastest appointment I’ve ever been to. I was greeted both times (for the exam and for glasses pick up) within 20 seconds. Everyone helped quickly and communicated with one another well. I didn’t even have time to look at many frames before I was taken to do my eye exam. They made it easy, painless and informative. Payment process was easy for the exam and I saw the optometrist right away. He was super helpful in helping me pick out frames and patient as I tried on many… sometimes multiple times! Also he walked me through options and went over the best route of either using insurance or a deal they had and found the best one for me. When I returned to pick up my glasses it was just as easy. I was in and out in just a few minutes. They allowed me to try them out and ensure everything fit well, gave me a case and cleaning supplies as well as gave me the non prescription sun lenses that the frames came with- and I was out the door with my new ‘hd’ shades! I can now see clear during the day! I am a director of operations and I have been in customer service for years. I notice process and how people work together and how they treat their customers. I really do not have any negative feedback for my experience!

I had a great experience. The staff and doctors are very professional and attentive. I was well explained about my test results and eye measurements. There is a wide range of frames options both designs and affordable.

I had a wonderful experience here last week. Dr. Carlos and team were phenomenal. The office is immaculately clean and organized and everyone who works there was smiling and friendly. You don’t come across places like this often these days. Highly recommend!
