The worst experience I have ever had. The saler is disrespectful and always try to be sarcastic. But the doctor is friendly and professional. Definitely won't come back again.

I had a better experience than some of reviews I'm reading. Today I was there because my glasses broke in a car accident I had the day before. Mrs. Nancy was extremely helpful from the first moment she asked if I needed help. I was praying that I could get my lenses the same day because I cannot see good without my glasses. Mrs. Nancy helped me and explained everything to me thoroughly. She was always nice and respectful. Also, I am so thankful for her husband Mr. Charles for being the one to get my prescription and prepare them in the back with the machine that sounds does heavy work! I am truly grateful for them because I walked out with glasses that usually would take 2 weeks to prepare. They were so kind to me and I really want to make it know that it did not go unnoticed. Thank you so much Mr. And Mrs. Fecca! What a great team!

Extremely rude and unpleasant. I called with a simple question and was responded to with the utmost disrespect. As someone who works in healthcare, I have a lot of patience and respect for others’ time, but clearly this office does not. To whoever I just spoke to on the phone, please reassess your customer service and check your attitude.

Needed to adjust my glasses to be tighter. Walked in later in the hour without an appointment. Cicely was very friendly and helpful, and assisted me right away! Would highly recommend based on my experience

The doctor explained everything in detail such as white spots in back of eye and reason for one eye wondering to the right, which comes with age. The technicians were very friendly & helpful in selecting frames.

I cannot stress enough how unpleasant my customer service experience was at Pearle Vision. The level of disrespect with which I was spoken to by the receptionist was unacceptable and honestly shocking. I will absolutely never give this place my business ever again. There are so many other optometrists in the area, and I recommend you go to any one of them over this one.
