Dr Felix is the most down to earth doctor ever. He's great with stitches. Very professional. You ever wonder what it'd be like if you were in a waiting room with Harold and the doctor was Kumar? This is as close as it gets. The staff are babes and totally courteous as well as they are skilled. I love this place. I feel like Marty McFly... "Doc! Ya gotta help me!" If you like spider plants, they're basically free outside. There's a Walgreens pharmacy right next door. What more do you need?

First time at Instant Urgent Care. Check in was a bit cumbersome, but the assistant helped me through it. The staff and PA were professional and asked questions and listened. The medicine prescribed, healed, and a follow up a week later was easy and I'm back to good health.

The Doctor was very experienced, diagnosed quickly with a clinical test. Suggested, follow up not required. Seemed gentle , professional, not at all commercial. Recovered third day.

The office itself is small but I found parking easily. In addition, the staff was welcoming and provided excellent care after taking my vitals. The PA was knowledgeable and cordial which I appreciated. They sent the prescription directly to my pharmacy and I had my Rx within an hour. However, it took 20-30 minutes before I was seen by the PA which wasn’t too bad considering they had a handful of patients admitted before me. All in all, I had a pleasant experience and I probably will come back if I have any future medical issues.

The facility was clean and well-maintained, and the front desk staff was helpful and respectful. Although we had to wait a bit past our scheduled appointment time before being called into the exam room, the process was smooth once inside. The nurse took a thorough history and carefully noted all symptoms. The doctor was very attentive and gave us plenty of time, which we appreciated. She performed a detailed checkup and ran the necessary tests to rule out COVID, flu, or any bacterial infection. Her diagnosis was accurate and truly helped guide our recovery. During our follow-up visit, check-in was faster since they already had our information. However, we did have to wait longer to see the doctor, as there were a few patients ahead of us. Overall, it was a comfortable and positive experience. One highlight worth mentioning is that the facility has female doctors available, which made a big difference in comfort, especially for Muslim women. That consideration was genuinely appreciated.

To the helpful staff at the front desk who were kind enough to ask the doctor questions before I wasted time coming and made the intake process simple and fast, to PA Matthew who was more of a help to me than my own primary doctor at Kaiser. From the bottom of my heart I just want to say thank you for listening to my concerns and finally giving me the relief I needed to get my life back on track. Words can't express how appreciative I am, that I can finally get back on track and living a healthy life. Thank you so much for your patience and understanding. I really can't say enough nice things about this location and the staff.

Felix Mathew was very attentive to my needs, and he even scheduled a second appointment to follow up with the treatment assigned for my left knee pain. I really recommend to go to Instant Urgent Care in Santa Clara.
