Dr. Griffith was very personable and well versed in his presentation of the surgical procedure that I'm faced with. He took time to answer all questions I had for him and had a professional response for my questions. Although I wasn't ready to commit to the surgery he was very professional in his approach to leaving the door open to the possibility of having the surgery later if I choose to.

Very professional, courteous, and good listener. I felt seen, respected and comfortable. He is very compassionate.

Dr Griffith explained the procedure very well and what to expect. He gave me more than one option on how to do the surgery and allowed me to choose the one I was comfortable with, he also did a very good job of answering all of my questions and concerns. I would definitely refer people to him.

I couldn’t have been more amazed at all the staff!! I worked there as an x-ray back in the 80s for about 8 years and I still felt like I was a part! The staff and dr Griffith made me feel like I never left!! The knowledge of patient care has never changed in all the years!! God bless the drs and all of the staff for keeping it real!!

On Monday evening I fell and had a deep cut in my left thumb. X-Rays also showed I had damaged tendon and nerves in my left thumb. The people at MUSC ED directed me to Midlands Orthopedic and Neurosurgery at 8 AM the next morning. Despite not having an appointment the friendly staff at Midlands got me in to see Dr Griffith within 15 minutes. Dr Griffith explained they would schedule an MRI then surgery within the next 1-2 weeks.Most Professional, Efficient, and Friendly healthcare staff I’ve experienced since we moved to SC 4 years ago!!!!Thanks,Jack R
