Dr. Garner is by far the best doctor. He is open minded, caring and very competent . Dr Garner treats you as an individual . He listens to your concerns and he becomes your advocate. My daughter and I are grateful to have him as our Doctor!!!

Dr. Garner has been my doctor for over 20 years. He is thorough, and understands what his patients needs are. He takes the time to listen to all his patients, and never pre-judges for any reason.
