We really loved them and their wonderful services. We have to stop ABA with them due to moving to the state. The 1st day since 2016 till our last session 2020 was so good and awesome. Besides that’s my daughter is doing great and the most important things is she improving very well in everything. Thanks to MaryAnn, Sarah, Allli, Danielle and the great teams!! Keep it up the good works ♥️

I absolutely love this agency. They are so caring and go above and beyond. They truly do care what is best for your child. I cannot reiterate that enough. They are a true gem!

As a member of the autism community in San Diego, I would like to see many more organizations like AEFCT, operating at the highest standards of quality and professionalism. I consistently see AEFCT participating at every local event, contributing at a high level, even higher than some of the larger companies in this area. I am impressed by AEFCT team's passion and dedication to their profession and to their community.

AEFCT has the most dedicated staff that I have worked with. I feel so lucky to have found them.

This the best ABA agency in San Diego. They are very involved in the autism community and the therapists have an amazing level of training and enthusiasm. We've never had anything but positive experiences with this company!

I have no idea who wrote the 1 star review but they must have made a mistake. We have been with this agency pretty much since they started and many of the employees who we first met are still there. EVERY person we have worked with has been phenomenal. I can't say enough good things about them. The supervisors ensure that they are hiring quality staff. We have worked with another agency that was worthy of a 1 star review but not this one!

Parents beware!I don't know what goes on with this company but the turnover is crazy. We have been using their services for awhile and it is nothing but turnover, turnover, turnover. They cannot retain their employees. Once our family gets used to a therapist it seems like they either quit, or just don't show up. Rarely do we ever get much explanation and the communication between us and the person who manages the therapist is awful. We have been giving it a shot for awhile and cutting the company some slack but we are seeking another company. THINK BEFORE YOU sign up. I have also heard that they hire people with LITTLE experience working with kids. A couple weeks ago my husband and I ended up talking to another family  at the Autism Walk and compared notes...So much was a disappointment, but good to know we aren't the only family that is having issues.  Ever since we were told that, along with all our favorite therapists quitting or basically not showing up one day, we have been researching other companies. Don't expect much from this company if you do go with them....medicore services at best :-(

Terrible company. Small company with few people trying to manage lots cases. The staff is not well trained. Therapists don´t have any experience working with children. Lots of ancellations. Terrible management they want you to stick with the therapist they assigned even if they are causing more maladaptive behaviors. Will not recomend this company.

If i could give zero stars i would. This company has no well trained staff. It only has two people trying to cover many clients. Too many last minute cancelations. Therapist have no experience working with toddlers. Wanted to reschedule all the time. I would not recomend this company for special needs children. I had more issues with theraphy than with out theraphy. If you see this company run away as fast as you can.
