Located at 7003 S. New Braunfels Ave., Suite 101, San Antonio, TX 78223, the clinic serves adults throughout Southeast San Antonio and the City Base area.
A broad range of primary care services is available, including annual physicals, wellness visits, health screenings, preventive care, evaluations for common illnesses, and follow-up care. For patients who need an established primary care doctor in San Antonio, ongoing medical needs can be addressed in one convenient setting.
Management of chronic health conditions is also provided. AIM Primary Care – City Base West also provides several examination and specialty services. USCIS immigration physicals, aviation medical examinations, work and school physicals, and Independent Medical Examinations (IME) are available for qualifying patients. Weight management services are also offered, with individualized guidance provided according to each patient's healthcare needs.
Located along S. New Braunfels Avenue in the City Base area, the clinic is conveniently positioned for patients from nearby Southeast San Antonio neighborhoods and communities. The 78223 location provides access to primary care and internal medicine services for individuals and families living or working on the southeast side of the city.
Medical care is provided under the direction of Dr. Sujatha Gerineni, MD, a board-certified internal medicine physician. Individual health concerns are evaluated carefully, and appropriate treatment and follow-up recommendations are provided based on each patient's circumstances.
Appointments are available Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. The clinic is closed on weekends. Patients can contact the office at (726) 201-5616 to schedule a visit or to confirm availability for a same-day or walk-in appointment.

AIM Primary Care is a great choice for my Primary Care needs.
