Very knowledgeable and skilled optometrist!

Dr Tiwari was very knowledgeable about my rare form of glaucoma. He explained the surgery process so that I would know what to expect. He did the surgery and I had no issues. He had me come back that afternoon and my pressure was up which is common, they immediately treated it with a series of drops! I've always been seen right at my appointment time and he takes his time to answer any questions. His office staff has always been very kind and courteous. To the previous review, I was never asked about my vaccine status, they just require a mask to be worn as do most medical facilities

Dr. Tiwari and staff are very efficient and professional. My recent cataract surgery was highly successful and I had no complications. My eyesight was remarkably improved quickly after placement of my monocular lens. The post-op care was likewise efficient and professional. I highly recommend Dr. Tiwari for ophthalmological care.

Very great experience - feel is very knowledgeable

I went in to see doctor Tiwari because I thought that I had a scratch on my eye, he didn't even have to use any equipment to look at my eyes to tell that I had a bacterial infection. He is a very knowledgeable doctor and his staff are very helpful, if I ever have any kind of problems again he is my 1st go to.

Dr. Tiwari really takes the time to listen to his patients and he makes the best decision for each patient, not his business. The wait time is minimal, the staff is friendly, makes having to go to the eye doctor more bearable! They do have an optical shop on site as well so I don't need to see a separate OD for my glasses & an MD for my medical eye concerns. Not many ophthalmologists to choose from in the Muncie area, but I would choose Dr. Tiwari if there was 50!

Took 3 weeks to get new glasses. Doctor failed to listen to my instructions so when new progressive lenses arrived I was reading out the absolute bottom of new lenses. New glasses were ordered a second time with a rush on them. Still took 3 weeks to get second pair. Something still was not right. At least two trips to the office to have frames adjusted. After thanksgiving glasses were still not properly adjusted. Would not stay square on face. It was. Finally determined the left lense center of vision was to high and possibly rotated too high on the outside. I was told I would have to allow them to send my entire glasses back and wait another three weeks for the next attempt. Doctor sat down and we talked about situation and I simply stated that I could not go without for three weeks. Doctor asked what I thought should be done. I said sent new frames to a lab to get back in 1 week. Doctor stated he did not have another pair of frames to send,. I stated let's pick a different frame and get me some glasses that I can see with. Doctor asked who pays for new frames? I stated that I felt he should. Doctor agreed and led the way to his eyeglasses room. Said pick out what you want. Doctors technician fitted new frames and marked center of vision and I was asurred that they would go to a different faster lab. Approximately 1 week. Later same day Doctor called said he changed his mind. He would only provide 1 lense from fast lab. To me this means different products completely. I said not acceptable. I stated Doctor needed to live up to his word. Because in my world your word is everything. Doctor said I was too hard to satisfy. Said he would just refund my money as though it never happened. I stated I was not willing to start over. At this point I have more than 10 weeks invested in this process. I reiterated to the doctor that he needed to live up to his word. Ultimately Doctor stated sue me and hung up. I remain with a pair of glasses that will not stay square on my face, and the left lens is still wrong.

Very bad experience, every time I visit, it took them almost 1 hours to call in even you are on the time. After nurse check up doctor take another 2 hours to see. Worst place. Will never recommend anyone

Appointment was over 2 hours ago and still currently waiting. I understand that stuff happens where doctors get behind on their schedules, but it’s 100% the staff’s responsibility to let the patient know if they’re running behind, especially over 2 hours behind.
