We unfortunately had to have my gallbladder out while I was 18 weeks pregnant. Dr Cavalea was so forward and reassuring when it came to us understanding which option would be best for both the baby and I. We couldn’t have asked for a better doctor. The nurses and the rest of the surgery team were wonderful and welcoming at the hospital as well. I highly recommend using him and his staff.

Non-responsive to an kind of phone call.

He minimized the situation and made me feel inferior. His bedside manner was arrogant and uncaring. He assumed why I sought care. I ended up in surgery less than 24 hours later. Thankfully, there was another surgeon on call. Would not recommend him whatsoever. His attitude and unwillingness to “do his job” was deplorable.
