I can't say enough good things about these folks.  But the one thing that is at the top of my list is the way they sincerely cared for Mom.  This wasn't just some helpers showing up every day and putting their time in.  Each of them cared for Mom in a way that was respectful and kind.  I was also very impressed with the flexibility in their scheduling.  If Mom was ill and needed help around the clock, they made it happen.  I'm so glad they were there for her.

Once again, my experience with Always Best Care has been extraordinary. Since 2010, Angela and her staff have helped our family through a variety of medical difficulties with my parents. From the overwhelming moment my Mom was diagnosed with Dementia to several operations for my Dad, the caregivers and the quality of service has been awesome.  We truly do not know what we would do without them.

You can not get a better working partner than Angela Encarnacion From Best Care Senior Services.  Her professionalism and caring attitude made it so smooth to place a new resident in our RCFE home, both for the family and us.  It is such a difficult and challenging situation to transfer an elder to a Board and Care but she was the in between person that just made the move a huge success.  I am so impressed how detail oriented, punctual and knowledgeable she is.  Her experience just facilitates any transaction because she has already thought of what is needed and its already taken care of before the situation arises.  Just fabulous! Our family was very impressed with Angela Encarnacion and her staff.  Their team stepped in on very short notice to provide care for our father after he sustained injuries from a fall and required 24 hour care.  We were impressed with the professionalism, kindness and attention to detail that they provided.  The caregivers that helped our dad were Ruby Jackson, Claro Hernandez, Ofelia Serrano, Njoke Njoroge, and Rocky Raymundo.  We especially appreciated the care and supervision that Ruby provided and my dad said her would miss her as he was moved to another care facility.

Angela and her team have been helping me with my Dad for the last 4 years. As my Dad's needs have changed ABC has come to my rescue. I started out needing someone to help me for a couple hours. We progressed to a point that my Dad needed 24 hr care. Angela provided around the clock care in my Dad's home until his health stabilized. After his stabilization, Angela helped me find a wonderful Board & Care facility where my Dad has been living for two years. Last year, when I found that I could no longer take my Dad on outings by myself, Angela started sending Mark to accompany us on outings. ABC has been there for us every step of the way. I would not think twice about calling them for help and I would recommend them in an instant.

Allan and Angela are warm, caring, kind and knowledgeable.  It's obvious they are dedicated to helping the community find the very best care for seniors.  They also offer support and information for care-givers, having personal experience in this stressful role.
