Dr. Narula is one of the kindest physicians I have ever interacted with in any field.

Dr Narula answered all questions and explained my EGD and colonoscopy prior to the procedure and spent time after explaining his findings. His staff made it easy to get an appointment and were kind and courteous. I would highly recommend Dr Narula for an GI issue.

Dr. Narula is an excellent GI doctor with many years of experience. His staff at both the office and at Schuylkill Endoscopy Center are professional and courteous.

I made an appointment for an upper GI. Went to the appt only to find out that it wasn't the appt for the upper gi. They had to verify my information, which they could have done over the phone. I got a bill for that appt. Now a few months later I scheduled an appt for a colonoscopy. I called today only to find out that said appt was not for a colonoscopy but to verify my information that they just verified. I will get billed for that because it is office policy then the women hung up on me.

I have NEVER been treated as rudely as I was treated by the nurses and by Dr. Narula himself. He and his nurse staff had no interest in allowing me to answer the questions they asked, kept over talking me or just flat walk out a few words in to my answer. He was looking at 3 month old pictures of a scope done and insisting my stomach is enlarged, my wife asked why it had been "overlooked" for 4 months ...

I never got to see him. My review is about KATHLEEN in the office that greets patients omg this woman is in the wrong career. She's absolutely verbally abusive to patients. When I asked for her name she said in a very intimidating tone " it's Kathleen and don't you forget it". Well I haven't forgot it and I'm going to make sure alot of people don't forget it either.

He overcharges more than necessary does nothing to make you better!!!

HE IS SO SELF ABSORBED AND DOESN'T EVEN LISTEN TO HIS PATIENTS. WHAT MORE IS THERE TO SAY. HE CHARGES TOO MUCH MONEY AND DOES NOTHING TO EARN IT.
