Dr. Gulbis earned his Doctor of Medicine degree from the University of Arizona College of Medicine, where he developed a solid foundation in evidence-based clinical practice. He completed his family medicine residency at St. Joseph’s Hospital in Phoenix, gaining broad experience in primary care, chronic disease management, and community-focused medicine.
