Dr Nieves and her staff were professional and compassionate. The doctor took a lot of time to ask questions, do a physical exam of symptoms, review all current medications. She was so kind and very smart. She is the first doctor my husband has seen in 2 years who cared enough to take the time to put all the pieces of the puzzle together to come up with a diagnosis and treatment plan. We felt so comfortable and cared for, which has been rare in our 2 year quest for answers. She restored our hope.

I searched high and low, asked many people who their PD specialist was and Dr. Nieves' name was the commonality among many. I had to submit quite a comprehensive questionnaire before Dr. Nieves agreed to treat me. I waited several months for the initial appointment. The first impression one gets of Dr. Nieves is how efficient and organized her practice is and the professional staff she has working in concert with her. They are a reflection of her! Patient, compassionate, caring and responsive...just to name a few characteristics. Always upbeat and positive. It's delightful to be greeted by Connie when you check in. I look forward to my medical visits because nurse Mary from New England makes you feel like a friend rather than a patient. And as soon as Dr. Nieves enters the room, you know how brilliant she is in mind and in heart. So for me, I thank my lucky stars that I chose to leave my previous neurologists with whom I was dissatisfied which eventually lead me to Dr. Nieves!

Great Likelihood. I am a recently retired ICU nurse. Neurology was one the many fields I worked in. When my best friend told me about Dr. Nieves way of treating her patients and the results that she got, I decided to make an appointment as I have been dealing with Parkinson’s. Right away I liked her and her approach. She really listens and makes you a part of your treatment. I recommend her to anyone, not just friends and family

My husband sees Dr. Nieves for treatment of his Parkinson's disease. She is never in a hurry to rush out the door, always listens to what we have to say, asks several times if we have any more questions, and gives a great deal of thought to his plan of care. You just don't find doctors like her very often! Her staff is as caring as she is. Highly recommend.

I receive quarterly injections from Dr. Nieves. She is very kind and is always concerned about my welfare. A truely nice person and a great doctor.

Knowledgeable and easy to talk to. She does run a few minutes late but takes all needed time when you are with her. She is a Movement Disorder Specialist and very well versed in Parkinsons treatments.
