I went for cystoscope and he was rough. He should not be doing the procedures. As scared as I was, I was calm until he started the procedure roughly. He hurt me badly and didn’t take his time. This procedure he did had me in tears because of his roughness. The pain afterward lasted 6 months and every now and then, I still feel the bruise from him jolting the tube in. When done, he just walked out and didn’t have the compassion to ask if I was ok.
