This is a fantastic living experience, the management is very professional, the maintenance staff is great and the apartments are very clean with a great view of a Nashville.

When I first moved there it wasn't bad but the manager died, and it was nothing but downhill after that. No one in the office half the time And maintenance staff was incompetent. I lived there for 6 years and for the last year which was up until June of 2024, it had turned into such a nightmare that people were literally cutting each other. There was a bloody couch in the hall for several weeks, which was left over from a box cutter incident. If management was there it was only to collect rent or send out eviction notices. I am so grateful to be out of that place which had turned into a ghetto nightmare.

This facility is in very poor condition. The standards of this facility are amongst the lowest I have ever seen. The staff are incredibly rude, especially the management. Please look for another location if you truly care for elderly/senior relative.
