I am a social worker in the Southeast MI area and Arlene has helped me locate and successfully place multiple clients. She has introduced me to new placements that I had not known prior and have since placed several more clients, who have thrived happily once adjusted. I continue to reach out to Arlene when I am stuck with placement options for clients and she's always right there to help, any time of any day! Arlene does a great job making sure to "hold a families hand" through the process. It is difficult to make leap to a different housing option, but Arlene does a great job with the transition. Unlike many larger organizations, she has been to every place she refers to and has first hand knowledge of the neighborhoods! She is an asset for any family looking for senior living options for their loved one!
