I can not tell you how happy I was to be referred to this office and specifically Dr. Okoro. After being sick for almost a year with no diagnosis, Dr. Okoro was able to spend time with me discussing my issues and reviewing my tests results. She was able to give me a detailed diagnosis, along with a treatment plan. She took time to explain everything in a way I was able to understand, listened and addressed my concerns, and provided contact information for any questions before my follow up appointment.Her team was extremely professional and provided timely responses to messages. The whole team is extremely friendly, professional and helpful. I can't recommend Dr. Okoro and the practice highly enough.In my follow up she has been very responsive to addressing concerns, adjusting my meds and providing additional information and suggestions to help me manage my condition and work toward minimizing the necessity of meds.Beyond her medical knowledge and help, I find Dr. Okoro to be extremely personable and genuinely concerned about my well being. If you are looking for a doctor who will partner with you to identify a plan to improve your condition, as well as holding you accountable, then you can't go wrong with Dr. Okoro.

Dr. Quinn is amazing and his assistant Pat is awesome too I love Dr. Quinn. He is very knowledgeable and really listens to his patients. I would highly recommend him to anyone with Ulcerative Colitis. He has helped me tremendously.

They placed my bill in collections 2 years after the date of service due to their negligence to file a claim properly with my health care provider. This was fortunately waived after many calls. Great doctors, poor billing management.

The wait times here are very excessive. Every time I’ve been there, I’ve had to wait an hour or more to be seen. Most people, I assume try and maximize their day off of work to do more than one thing or see more than one doctor. Be sure to block 3-4 hours around your appointment here as you’ll spend a lot of time in the lobby, then again in the back room waiting …… waiting some more…… and then waiting some more. After an hour of waiting, I had to walk back to scheduling and request a co-pay refund and reschedule the appointment as it was pushing into another appointment I had. 15-30 minutes is understandable, but an hour? What’s the point of an appointment?

Every time I've gone to see Dr. Okoro, I've been stuck waiting in the office for over an hour. When I had my endoscopy done, she was running 2 hours behind and my ride had to leave to go to work so I had to call someone else to take my home. While she may be a fabulous doctor, she is not punctual, and if you're taking time off from work, it's frustrating to sit and wait when you're expected to be on time. I do not recommend going to see her if you value your time.

I moved from the area shortly after receiving services from AGA, and had mail forwarded to my new address in Arizona. Fast forward over a year later I get a collection agency sending me bills for them. No bills came to me directly or was contacted by then. My phone number stayed the same even to this day and they couldn't pick up the phone and call to ask why I haven't paid? Well guess what if I don't know I owe you money, HOW DO I PAY YOU???!!!I sent the money through my medical provider to pay the bills as I refuse to pay a collection bill that never should have been a collection in the first place, and just got email yesterday saying payment was refused. This is the problem with BIG offices, they don't care, they don't make the effort, and treat you like garbage. I'll be filling a BBB report and contacting the attorney general.

Doctor Quinn was great how ever his front desk and whom ever collects the money is terrible they didn’t call my insurance to confirm that they will cover my procedure and they proceeded to take my payment and I gave it to them because they told me they would refund it after 8 am after they confirm things with my insurance. However they realized that they would be making more out of me paying them cash.Therefore they did not want to go threw the insurance since they would be making less money. I don’t know what type of scam they are trying to run but I would highly recommend to stay away and not let them convince you to pay them upfront without checking threw your insurance. I hope the person that made me go threw this is reading this because I am going to sue you

I had very bad horrible experience with these doctor yesterday 2112019 dr ngozi i okoro i had a test.done i was.there to get the results i had to ask for it she was very rude towards me her attitude is aweful these doctor these days is terrible and her bed side manner is horrible towards me she just talk to me any kind of way about my medical test when i ask in the exam room she had no patience with me her attitude was aweful towards me she slam the door in my face i ask to speak to the office manager about these doctor bad behavior towards me i call him several times about these rude treatment she did towards and he.never call me back so i guess its ok that these doctor can be mean to me he is not going to do nothing its all about 💰💰💰 and unnecessary testes first thing these people say go find you a nother doctor just down right pitiful .horrible bed side manner😞😞😞😞😟😟😟

I arrived on time I waited for one hour before my vitals were taken another 30 minutes before I decided to leave. After 1 hour and 30 minutes I left I will not associate with someone that does not respect my time as I do theres. Ridiculous
