This place was wonderful. The staff are all amazing, loving people. There is not a bad thing i could say about it.. It saved my life.

I just did my 2 weeks their short stay for family emergency but I recommend this place to anyone...the people who write bad didn't care and didn't want it....awesome place

Very poor communication with incoming residents. My son was releasedfrom correctional facility andwaited SEVERAL hours (4)to be picked up by rehab van. He was given specific times for pick up. We called facility several times and left messages to return calls. NO RESPONCE! I broughtmy son directly to rehab the next morning. A two hour trip. They had given his bed away and would not admit him. We were greeted by a rude woman who walked away from us. The exterior of some of buildings were distasteful. Things happen for a reason. My son wanted rehab so bad he got on phone and was accepted to another facility the same day. Very happy with admitting and evidence of caring by the facility that accepted him.

We dropped our 18 year old son off on a Wednesday and the first hour he was there 3 people offered him drugs, so my son reported it to staff , and nothing was done the very next day he was being threatened buy the people he reported so he reported that and the staff told him that if gets into a fight he would be kicked out so my son told them if someone tryed hurting him he wouldnt fight back because he really needed this to work out for him they told him even if he didnt retaliate he would still be kicked out , if someone attacked him! Today is saturday now my son called me at 2pm and told me he got kicked out because he got accused of smoking cigs in one of the rooms .we are 3 hours away from this place and if we couldnt be there by 5pm he would be kick out on the streets with no phone no money no way for us to get in touch with him !!!! OUR TRUK GOT PUT IN THE SHOP ON FRIDAY so we have no car my husband spent a hour calling this place to ask if they could keep my son in the building till he got there ,that he had to find a ride ,but we would be there no matter what that night .no one would answer the phone our call us back finally my son calls back 2 hours later and puts a staff member on the phone , and told us they would hold him till we got there , MY HUSBAND GETS THERE AND THE STAFF MEMBERS TELL MY HUSBAND THAT MY SON SAID HE WASN'T SMOKING IN THE ROOM THERE WERE 3 OF THEM IN THIS SO CALLED ROOM AND ONLY 1 CIG WAS BEING SMOKED SO ALL 3 PEOPLE GOT KICKED OUT FOR BEING IN THE SAME ROOM WITH THE PERSON WHO BROKE THE RULES MY SON DIDNT GO THERE WITH ANY CIGS , HE KEPT TELLING US THAT HE WAS LONELY , MY SON HAS ALWAY BEEN A LOANER AND KEPT TO HIMSELF, OH AND WE ONLY SENT HIM WITH $10 CAUSE U HAVE TO USE A PAY PHONE TO MAKE CALLS THERE!SO THIS IS WHAT THEY CALL HELPING PEOPLE IM TALKING TO A LAWYER FIRST THING MONDAY IM DONE YA MY SON REALLY WANTED HELP AND HE MIGHT NOT WANTED TO BE THERE CAUSE HE WAS SO FAR FROM HOME BUT HE KNEW HE NEEDED THE HELP SO HE AGREED TO GO THERE!!!this is the worst place ever ! The people there dont do there jobs !HOW WAS THIS HELPING MY SON ? IT WASNT HE DIDNT GET ANY HELP AND THEY WONT BE GETTING PAID FOR HIS TIME THERE ILL MAKE SURE OF THAT VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, !!! oh and the staff told us his first night there that they have been have problems with some of there patience doing drugs there and handing them out to other patience that this has been a problem for awhile , so every thing my son had reported to us the staff there confirmed our son was telling us the truth on every matter i just shared ! It is now 11pm my husband and son just got home this is beyond crazy !!!THANKS FOR NOTHING PHOENIX HOUSE IN DUBLIN N.H. YOU PEOPLE HAVE LEFT MY SON HOPELESS HE FEELS LIKE A FAILURE AND A NOBODY!!! THIS PLACE MAKES ME SICK TO MY STOMACH , I CAN ONLY PRAY THERES NO YOUNG MEN THERE LIKE MY SON 18 IS STILL A BABY WITH THERE WHOLE LIFES AHEAD OF THEM , SO IF THERES ANY PARENTS OUT THERE THINKING OF SPENDING ANY YOUNG ADULTS TO THIS PLACE PLEASE RETHINK YOUR CHOICE PLEASE, oh and my son was told that if your detoxing to hard and you cant handle being that sick there are a couple dirty staff members there that can help make you feel better with the right amount of money , NOW I HOPE AND PRAY THAT THE PEOPLE WHO SAID THIS TO MY SON WERE LYING , but after what happened to my son and he was only there 3 nights you just never know!!!

On 7/23/2018, I completed and my 28-day program at the Dublin Center and was transported immediately to continued care residential program to find that they had no records of my arrival and no beds were currently available. I immediately contacted my counselor, Nelson, and he said that he could not help me. I was unsafe, all alone, afraid and severely hurt. My continued care was rightfully, agreed upon having three (3) dually executed agreements signed by myself and my counselor each describing my continued care location. My transported was given personal instructions by my counselor of the agreed-upon continued care residential program location. I made numerous calls to Phoenix House Corporate Headquarters and executive staffat the Dublin center. Individuals promised me returned phone calls and but nobody called me and nobody cared. Two days later, I tried to commit suicide - was dead for 6 minutes, then a heartbeat, pronounced dead again, and then my heart started beating again.
