We are lucky to have Dr. Lipschitz at the Treasure Coast. He is a world class doctor. His knowledge, ethics, enthusiasm and care are unique and create the best outcome for the patient. As a bilateral mastectomy survivor I was tired of unsatisfactory results with breast reconstruction from previous surgeries. After 5 years of research and consultations with different surgeons from Miami to Orlando I came across the name of Dr. Avron Lipschitz. After the first consultation I knew he is the best doctor for me to perform aesthetically flat surgery (removing the breast implants). When you talk to Doctor Lipschitz you see the enthusiasm and intelligence which are comforting to a patient looking for the best, but realistic outcome. So happy with the results that change my life drastically, for better. As well, his team in his office and the one at the hospital, during the surgery, met the highest standards for medical care. I started my journey with Dr. Lipschitz a year ago; I've had blepharoplasty (upper and lower eyelids) and mastopexy (breast lift). My experience and results have been phenomenal! Dr. Lipschitz and his staff are caring and professional, and he took special care to explain the surgeries I chose; post op care is also exceptional. I've also had a hydrofacial and three IPL treatments at the MedSpa in the office with Meg Karolewski, the Aesthetician...she is easy to talk to, great sense of humor, and certainly knows skin care...my skin is looking great! It's not easy choose a Plastic Surgeon , but I know without a doubt I made the right decision when I chose Dr. Lipschitz.

My experience with Dr Lipschitz and his staff has been very positive... I've had 2 types of surgery at his office this past year and I'm thrilled with the results. First I had upper and lower eyelids done, and then several months later a breast lift... I had a few esthetic issues but Dr Lipschitz corrected all to my liking. He is personable, professional, and strives to give pleasing results. The office and exam rooms are pristine, his operating room is right at the same location and well equipped and again, pristine. I've had great interactions with his staff, including IPL photofacials with Meg Karolewski, the Aesthetician. My skin is looking great thanks to her. Melissa Garcia booked my surgeries and also did the pre op teaching, explaining all in great detail and also provided printed instructions. Dr Lipschitz spent plenty of time with me pre and post op and listened to all of my concerns without being judgmental. The Practice sent me flowers "to brighten my day",...and it certainly did! I love my results and I am so glad I chose Dr Lipschitz to do my surgery.

The staff and the doctor are so professional and reassuring. The best bed side manner I’ve received from any doctor ever.. I highly recommend them. I was very nervous to have a mole removed from my nose in case it would look worse than when I started. They were so reassuring and just three weeks out it already looks 1,000x better than before I arrived. Highly recommend.

After having experienced severe shoulder and neck pain due to my large breasts, I was very pleased with my breast reduction surgery. Dr. Lipschitz not only reduced my breast size, but he also made them look very natural. He and his staff were very friendly and professional at all times. They made me feel comfortable during my visits.
