Was very polite and explained everything to me

My visit to Dr. Helou’s office was seamless and quick. The staff greeted me with enthusiasm and helped me understand each step of the process. And the atmosphere was calm and quiet.

At the end of October I had a serious medical condition, And ended up in the hospital. When he realized that I would need major surgery from my condition, He said to me "I will treat you like I would my Mother and Sister, What he didn't know was no one has ever looked me in the eye and make me a promise and then follow through, my staples was removed on April 16th and although I am still healing, I am still here to take care of my sick and elderly parents. I am so grateful for Dr. Helou and Dr. Hannah I will never forget what they gave back to me.

Excellent Surgeon I had a perforated appendix that required Dr Helou’s emergent care. He was very courteous, explained procedures very well in advance of my surgery, and gave excellent post op care in his daily rounds while I was in hospital. The surgery went very smoothly, and I am recovering well. I highly recommend, and am very grateful that he was assigned my surgeon as I went in through the ER as an emergent surgery rather than one that was scheduled. Thank you Dr. Helou, and thanks to your wonderful nurse Hannah as well. You all make a great team!

Doc is a very good surgeon and a very genuine man. He cares about his patients and very one on one with you I recommend him highly.

Dr. Helou did an emergency colostomy on me in 2023. He came in personally to check on me every day I was in the hospital following my surgery. He recently did my reversal and personally checked on me again. On my office visits, his staff is amazing. They do not overbook him so I have always been in-&-out usually in an hour or less.
