My experiences through the many years at Before Dental have been wonderful. The entire staff have treated not just me, but my husband and my mother, who recently passed, with the care, concern and compassion. I would like to say a special thank you to my hygienist Karen who has been nothing short of a God Send. She has always gone above and beyond especially in helping me with a recent dental concern that I've been dealing with. She is not only professional, but she is kind and warm which is something both rare and necessary in the medical profession. Dr Paul Connolly and his assistant Courtney, had gone above and beyond to help me with my dental needs. I recently had a dental implant done. I was very nervous with the procedure, but Dr Connolly and Courtney made me feel very safe with the entire procedure and the recovery was painless. In this time of a crazy pandemic, I suffered with terrible tooth pain, a fractured root canal with a constant infection. I have sought other opinions and the treatment would be the same... .....so who do I feel comfortable with? This office took me in as a new patient in a quick manner (just opening this Monday), and couldn't have been anymore professional and kind to care for my needs. The doctor and his assistant, oh and the other people who helped, are top notch. Bottom line, I'm in charge of my dental care. Why not go to a place who considers my care as important as I do?? Today, I found that place, and I thank you!😁😁😁
