Doctor is prompt and direct, staff is friendly

Outstanding. The entire office staff is so attentive and professional. The office is super clean and parking is easy in the back of the building or on the street. My wait times were never over 5 minutes.Dr. Behroozan cares about his patients and he took time to find the best treatment for my skin.

I give 3 start just because of ZaiZ the front desk who do her best to make the environment positive and fun and help the patient in her best of ability.

The receptionist is not helpful, she’s rude

If I could give 0 stars I would. I called to get a referral for a very specific ENT, which I told the lady on the phone. The day of my appointment, I had to wait over an hour to see the doctor (for a referral) just to find out that the ENT I told them I want to see was not in their network and I can’t get the referral to him. I spent $65 for the office visit, took half the day off work, drive though half LA in traffic for nothing. Now I won’t even get my $65 back and the doctor just hid in his office and let his nurse talk to me

I have had this doctor for over 2 months. I have been lied to from the doctors office staff. They had the gall to be prejudice with me. Office has a switch to flip the phones off and send calls to a voicemail that doesn't work. The staff is very very rude and unnerving with patients. Besides them making me take to the internet I would never ever recommend this office of staff to anyone including my worst enemy.

Doctor didn’t how up for his appointment. Had to wait 2 hours before I gave up and left.

Very poor service. They take blood without gloves! the results are announced in 2 weeks instead of the promised two days.

Was having heart and chest issues. When calling to check the status on insurance approval for a cardiologist, the receptionist told me to call back in 20 mins, when I did she told me to call in an hour, then she told me I had the wrong number and was talking to the office in Beverly Hills ( a lie, it was the same number and I recognized her voice) and on the fourth call she told me the office was closed and no one was there to help (another lie, she was working at that office at the time). When I finally got in touch with Kendra the following week, she gave me an appointment for a chest x Ray with a location that had closed down months prior. when I told her this she failed to correct the mistake. I asked her if my cardiologist consultation was approved by my insurance, she put me on hold and came back telling me my ct scan was approved (a scan that I had already completed two weeks prior. Apparently she doesn’t know the difference between a ct scan and a cardiologist). Don’t ever go here

Very rude. I regret that I picked this office. Receptionist that picks up the phone is not helpful at all and she is very rude.
