Dr. Malavi not only takes fantastic care of his patients but he also personally takes care of their families. My husband needed care and was taken to the CCU at Valley View Hospital in Glenwood. Das wasn’t able to travel there that night due to accident and road closures. When I finally made it the next day my husband was undergoing a procedure in the cath lab. They brought me down and Dr. Malavi came out and personally talked to me about what was going on and what he expected the next steps to be. He made a point to make sure I understood everything and to answer any questions I had. He went the extra mile to talk to a very worried and nearly distraught wife. All was good news but that caring personal touch meant so much!

After being misdiagnosed with Sciatica nerve pain for years, to then being told I now need bypass surgery with only a 40% chance for success, I found my self feeling uneasy. I decided to get a new PCP and a second opinion. I was sent to Dr. Sharma right away by my PCP. I can not begin to express the compassion shown to me from Dr. Sharma and his team. Dr. Sharma while on Vacation answered my personal phone call and upon hearing my stress about the bypass that was still scheduled, connected me with Dr. Molavi. Not only did they get me in for surgery within days but showed determination, taking 4 hours to clear the complete blockages in my leg. After my surgery I was told that while doing my surgery they found nothing a bypass could have connected to and that the bypass would have failed, hence the determination to preform a miracle. I would have lost my leg. I am forever, extremely grateful to have found such caring doctors and team.

I met Dr Molavi yesterday at 4AM as I came off an ambulance from a ski resort 40 mikes away. I was having a “massive” M.I. yet I trusted Dr Molavi within seconds. Both of my in-laws passed away with the last few years from coronary illnesses while being treated by the best university and teaching hospitals. I’ve spent more than a hundred hours in several CCUs recently and learned to assess and understand a bit more than many. After the surgery we met twice and he gave me very honest and unpolished answers to my questions which I found convincing and without reservation. Bottom line is that I’d recommend Dr Molavi strongly to anyone in Valley area.

Dr. Molavi has been extremely helpful through this whole process. When no other cardiologist would make sure I was okay, he took the time and the extra steps to check my heart. He knew that chest pain wasn't nothing. I appreciate all of his hard work and his kindness. I would recommend Dr. Molavi to anyone who is having issues and needs help with their heart.

Dr. Molavi was very active in keeping close tabs on my husband. He monitored and treated him like my husband was family. He explained things to us in terms that we could understand and was very vocal about making sure we knew all the complications and expectations there were to come with the illness we were presented with.

I have had 5 or 6 cardiologists since 1994. Dr Molavi is the best, without question. I like him a lot and have recommended him to several people. Ben Handcock

He saved my life. i passed all the tests with flying colors because i am an elite athlete at age 75. He saw a possible blockage and even though it looked like it might be a false positive he suggested we should make sure. It was a positive positive a 95% blockage in LDA and 80% blockage in the circumflex. i was a ticking time bomb. Everyday i give thanks that Dr. Molavi saved my life.

Dr Molavi is an outstanding person he takes good care of your heart and gives all of his heart for you he wants you to live the best life ever not enough stars to rate his service

Dr Molavi himself is absolutely wonderful. However his office has issues-there is a huge turnover in midlevels, not sure why. Also, communication is awful! they don't call with test results and don't return calls. they don't communicate with the primary care doctors even after a hospitalization.
