Dr Shepard is an awesome Dr. He answered all my questions, reassured me about my test and just all around pleasant man. His staff at the hospital MMCS was just as nice, as well as his anesthesiologist. He helped both myself and my husband. We both can't say enough about him. Thank you Dr Shepard!

My wife has been a patient of Dr. Shepard about a year. Last month I took to the ER twice for colon issues, both doctors recommended a colonoscopy, her PCP sent a referral for the colonoscopy to Dr. Shepard. After two weeks of not hearing anything we called, and they stated they got the referral. They stated the nurse would have to look at the records before scheduling an appointment to discuss a colonoscopy with the doctor. After another week they stated it would still be at least three more days before even arranging an appointment at least two weeks away. THIS FOR AN ESTABLISHED PATIENT. She got an appointment with a new gastrointestinal doctor to discuss the colonoscopy next week…
