I have seen Dr Kutchner for about 20 yrs. He has been a Godsend to my eyes. I have an eye disease call kerataconus where my corneas are shaped like a cone. He has explained treatments and medicines taking his time and put in a lot of effort and knowledge in my care. I will give 100 stars to him because his manner, care and most of all bed manners are perfect. May he be there for me and my eyes for a long time. I will highly recommend him to all my friends and not friends. Thanks Dr Kutchner you have kept me seen my beloved son for many more years. God Bless!!

Dr. K is The Boss and the best and most thorough ophthalmologist I've seen in years. I finally found a doctor who knew what he was talking about, thorough in assessment, great at explaining things and was not rushed. No wonder he's booked months in advance! But in an urgent situation, will see ASAP! No hesitation to recommend him. One staff very difficult to understand and wait time can be long but he's so thorough, I understand why he gets behind. Those are the only "criticisms" ... Basically he's an eye God!

Dr Kutzscher is an exceptional doctor. I find him very patient and with a wonderful manner in treating me as his patient. He is very experienced and through in his exams, making sure you are informed of his findings.

In full disclosure, Dr. Kutzscher is a good friend.  But I wouldn't see anyone else to care for my eyes.  Dr. Kutzscher has first rate training and skills, and genuinely cares about his patients. He will take the time required to perform a proper diagnosis and explain your treatment options.  He has everything you want in a physician.  Seeing a  doctor can be unpleasant if you have a health problem, but a visit with Dr. Kutzscher is as good as it gets.  Andrew Schwartz

I had a great experience with Dr Kutzscher at Pacific Eye Specialists.  The facilities were clean, everyone was extremely helpful, and my LASIK operation went smooth as silk.  Dr Kutzscher is an expert in his field, and I never felt like I was in unsure hands.  He was always quick to get back to me when I contacted him both before and after my surgery, be it via telephone or email.I had my LASIK operation done in Nov 2012.  For a short while I suffered the normal side effects (trouble with bright lights at night, halos, etc), but my vision now is perfect.  I'm seeing 20/20 out of left eye and 20/15 out of my right eye.  I no longer have any of the side effects, and am extremely happy with my entire experience with Dr Kutzscher.

I love the staff, they always have a smile and make you feel welcome. The customer service was astonishing; the wait may be a little long, but totally worth it....Doctors, one of a kind!

A fantastic surgeon, a caring dedicated physician who is at the top of his profession.  Dr. Kutzscher performed cataract surgery on both of my eyes (not at the same time),  using  crystalline lenses which restored my sight to it's youthful perfection.   He has a way of explaining the procedures which makes one feel like a participant, and goes out of his way to make sure you are comfortable and happy.
