I am prone to Kidney stones. Dr. Grady has been my urologist for nearly 5 years. He is very professional, knowledgeable and has great bedside. He always listens to me and suggest the best possible outcome. I highly recommend Dr. Grady

Great doctor but horrible support staff. I'm tired of the incompetence. Literally the worst staff in S.F. They keep you on hold, can't provide any information from prior visits, and aren't helpful. So painful. Avoid if you can.
