I couldn't reach the office prior to making the decision to go to the ER. I had sent a quick MyChart message explaining what was going on along with a photo and after 24 hours, received a response from my PCP that she had available acute appointments today and tomorrow and to call so I could follow up. I did just that. I called...and called....and called and was on hold for a total of 45 minutes trying to reach someone. When I finally did, their line cut out and hung up on me. I tried calling back again only to be on hold for another 30 minutes, constantly pressing 1 as explained in the prompt to leave a message but was unable to do so. I tried going on to MyChart to send a message alerting them of this issue and tried responding to my provider's original MyChart message only to be told that she turned off replies from me and I was unable to send messages. I'm an easy going person, I've never been hostile towards any customer service professional and never will be. What I will say though is that this is absolutely unacceptable, especially for Bronson.
