I never really habe issues with them any more they move much faster.

Always understaffed,the wait is way to long.some of the staff is horrible

I only keep my daughter here because of the pediatrician Dr.siddique she's the best and has been her doctor for years, she even was my doctor and Also my sisters doctor. The reason why I am giving this place a 2 star is because the chairs are disgusting makes u not even wanna sit down. It's sad that you come in a half hour before your appointment and still wait a hour and change to be seen sad if my appointment is scheduled for a ceretain time I expect to be seen at a certain time. It's ridiculous, and besides they have some rude ghetto receptionist here at times that never answer the phone. I'm tired of this place if it wasn't for Siddique I would never come bck.

The recip has a bad this disposition need people skills.. need. Someone who want to work. .

Ok this is by far the worst family care center, apart from two receptionist the rest of staff are very rude. Now my child sees the endocrinologist Dr Lu who is never on time always late and when you complain she brushes it off as if it’s nothing. Whatever you do, do not go to this place even when you have to do labs it’s terrible. Save yourself the stress and stay away

They don't answer the phone and I watch them sit there and ignore calls. How are people suppose to schedule appointments? Horrible and unprofessional ethics especially for the field that they're in. SMH

Dont answer phones and when they do. Its ALL ATTITUDE... Only reason my daughter still there is because of Dr Siddique .. SHE IS THE BEST.

They do not pick up their phone!! They are also very unprofessional people once you are able to talk to someone. They are just rude.

Horrible customer service, from receptionist attitude. Especially the older lady receptionist with the really short hair cut with all the colors. She has a nasty attitude!! I call to make appointment the other day. She placed me on hold for about 5 minutes then transferred over and say didn't I place told you to hold on. Than another receptionist made my appointment I could hear her in the background saying didn't I told her to hold. Also, Another it was another incident happened before she accused me hanging up on her when phone my died when I was talking to her. She just was so unprofessional saying yelling I hung up the phone on her I thought she was going to fight me or something her coworker had to talk to her she must have forgotten she was at WORK...My kids and I would be going to another CLINIC because I can't be bothered with unprofessional people like her. The doctors and nurse are awesome treating me my kids with respect. The only way my family come back if they change the registration staff but she is one is the WORST!!!!😤😖

Rude customer service...since Kia left. One ☝️ of the older ladies she is so unhappy with her job the moment you walk in you get on her nerve. Her gesture and tone not good at all. I hope 🤞🏽 they can get better receptionists..BTW...nurse Jones very helpful and not rude at all.
