Brookdale Family Care Center - New Lots

I have been visiting this office for 15 years. The staff has always been wonderful. Very knowledgeable and friendly. Never had any concerns about staff or building. We usually get in and out pretty quickly and having all the different services in one building is very helpful.

They are on time with their patients and they are always so kind. Very comfortable and reliable clinic. Highly recommend!!

I started coming here to bring my daughter since she was born I picked this place because it’s close to my house . I was skeptical in the beginning because of the reviews but I’m so happy I came.... both pediatricians and all the staff are amazing especially the nurse who gives my daughter her vaccinations... I personally have never had or seen and issue with the clinic or staff

They have great pediatricians and staff. Just wish they answered the phone more.

Love it here I've never had a problem. I find that they work fast, I'm always in and out in no time. Great staff and doctors.

After avoiding this facility because of the looks of not only the facility but the sketchy looking patients in the waitinf area, I finally sucked it up and came here today for a sprained ankle, at around 4pm- 5pm The wait was normal e.r wait time. About 30-40 mins including triage, insurance verification etc. Well... I was finally seen, xrays taken, foot wrapped, pain meds given while I waited, and even had a few gut busting laughs courtesy of the staff. Do not judge a book by its cover is what they should post in there lobby. This was the most pleasant experience in a hospital I have ever had. Efficiency is not the word. Bedside manner is beyond exceptional. I would recommend it and if need be I will return. Thank you Brookdale e.r staff.

Been going here for years since I was a little girl... yes sometimes they don't answer the phones but the doctors are still great.. I now bring my 1yr old here, her pcp is my childhood doctor, Dr. Calibuso... overall customer service is a 3 stars but the doctors I give them 5 stars.
