Dr. Kristine went above and beyond to take care of us! She worked seamlessly with the ENT to address all concerns. She was able to complete hearing testing and fix the hearing aides I got with somewhere else.

Christine & Anna were AMAZING!!!! My daughter was very nervous and they quickly put her at ease.

Excellent! We were accidentally scheduled for the wrong testing but the audiologist actually completed the proper testing anyway, even though that testing has a very long waiting list. We were so happy that she was extremely accommodating and super helpful. And nice!!

They are the best Buffalo has to offer regarding the Hearing Impaired/ Deaf community. I have been going there since my son was 7 or younger. Not once have I ever had a problem. Very knowledgeable and helpful.
