Due to the lack of professionalism and definitive lack of understanding her job, a staff member of the Cancer Care Center Of Brevard canceled a very important appointment without notification. What is amazing is that she performed no due diligence and insisted that we were attempting to use Progressive auto insurance instead of the BCBS membership card my wife was trying to present to her. In short, she cancelled an appointment that had already been scheduled by our health care providers. In addition, this was a special appointment that was scheduled to be conducted prior to normal business hours. Due to her lack of professionalism and incompetence, we have already reported this incident to our BCBS case manager. Sad
