I started one of my mini weight-loss journeys again with Carolina Wellness about four weeks ago. Most times when I went on a weight loss program, I would only have lost a good amount of weight in the first week and then it really tapered off to nothing. One of the problems with me is that I like to have something sweet after I eat. The good thing about this program is that I can have fruit yes only certain kinds, but I can have fruit 2-3 times a day. Between that and able to take the Zepbound, I am now four weeks in and I’ve already lost 20 pounds. I do not get hungry, which is actually helping a lot as well because I always ate a lot of carbs because that’s what filled me up. This program is really working for me. Maybe you will give them a try as well because the staff is wonderful. They try to work with your schedule and it truly works.
