Should listen more than interrupt. Can make you feel insignificant.

Dr. Cast. was great at explaining what is going on with my health upon my visits and wouldn't do any unnecessary procedures, however, he could definitely improve on his customer service. He seems like he is too much in a rush when explaining anything. He interrupts me when I speak, doesn't smile. Went to him recently for a medical condition and referred me to a specialist instead. When the specialist couldn't figure it out and sent me back to the Dr. Castillo, Dr. Castillo commented upon my second visit by saying, "You're back here again?" Totally unprofessional and would not recommend!

Awful! Office staff is not helpful in making appointments, getting referrals, and actually getting help from Dr. Castillo. Do not go to this doctor or anyone in this office!!
